We believe in clear, honest communication. Please read these disclosures before using PREESH services.

01 Company Information

PREESH is operated by PREESH FINANCIAL LLC. We are a Nevada limited liability company. On this site and in our agreements, "PREESH," "Company," "we," "us," and "our" mean PREESH FINANCIAL LLC doing business as PREESH.

02 Nature of Services

PREESH offers a Property Appreciation Option Agreement (FAPA). Qualifying homeowners receive cash now. They share a portion of future home appreciation later.

  • This is not a loan, line of credit, or reverse mortgage.
  • There are no monthly payments, interest charges, or prepayment penalties.
  • You remain the legal owner and keep living in your home.
  • PREESH does not take ownership of your property.
  • Your agreement gives PREESH a contractual share of future appreciation only.

Funding timelines on our website (such as "2 Day Funding") are estimates only. Actual timing depends on verification, documents, and property review. PREESH does not guarantee a specific funding date.

03 Not a Lender Disclosure

Important:
  • PREESH FINANCIAL LLC is not a lender, bank, or financial institution.
  • We do not offer loans, mortgages, lines of credit, or interest-bearing debt.
  • Our products are equity-based homeowner agreements, not lending products.
  • PREESH is not regulated as a lender.
  • Borrower protections under federal and state lending laws may not apply to our agreements.

04 Eligibility & Approval

All PREESH services require eligibility review and approval. To apply, you must meet these requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Own a qualifying residential property in the United States.
  • Provide accurate and truthful information on your application.
  • Meet additional underwriting criteria set by PREESH.

Pre-qualification does not guarantee approval or funding. Pre-qualification does not involve a hard credit inquiry. Approval may require proof of ownership, mortgage status, identity, and other documents.

PREESH may decline any application at its sole discretion. Offer amounts, terms, and share percentages vary based on property, location, market conditions, equity, and other factors.

05 Property & Valuation

Property values for PREESH agreements come from third-party automated models (AVMs), market comparisons, and/or independent appraisals. These are estimates. They may not match your home's actual sale price. PREESH is not responsible for differences between estimated and actual values.

The equity calculator and online estimates are for information only. They are not an offer. Final amounts are set through the full application and underwriting process and may differ from online estimates.

06 Risk Factors

Before signing a Property Appreciation Option Agreement, consider these risks:

Property Value Risk

PREESH does not guarantee future property values. Home values can rise or fall due to market conditions, the economy, natural disasters, neighborhood changes, or other events. A drop in value does not remove your obligations under the agreement.

Long-Term Financial Impact

Sharing future appreciation may reduce equity when you sell, refinance, or settle. Consider how a PREESH agreement could affect your long-term finances, refinancing options, and sale proceeds.

Settlement Obligations

Your agreement defines when and how settlement occurs. Failing to meet settlement obligations may lead to extra costs or legal action. Read your full agreement before signing.

07 Fees & Costs

PREESH agreements have no monthly payments, interest charges, or prepayment penalties. Some fees may apply during origination or settlement, such as:

  • Processing fees
  • Appraisal or valuation fees
  • Title search and recording fees
  • Document preparation fees

Early Termination Charge

If you breach or end your agreement within the first year and do not cure the breach in time, you may owe an Early Termination Charge. The amount is listed in the FAPA for your property's state. Review your FAPA before signing.

All fees are disclosed in your agreement before you sign. PREESH does not charge hidden fees. Contact us with any fee questions before signing.

08 Settlement & Repayment

PREESH's share of appreciation is usually settled when you sell the home, refinance, or reach the end of the agreement term—whichever comes first. Your agreement states the term length and appreciation share percentage.

You may be able to buy out PREESH's share before the term ends. Early settlement terms, if available, are in your agreement. PREESH does not charge prepayment penalties. The buyout amount is based on the home's appraised value at settlement.

10 Privacy & Data Practices

What we collect

How we use data

  • To review eligibility, send updates, and improve our services.
  • To meet legal and regulatory requirements.
  • We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers under NDA, legal authorities when required, and investors under privacy obligations.

Your rights

  • Access, update, or delete your personal information where applicable.

11 SMS / Text Message Communications

If you give us your mobile number and consent to texts, you may receive SMS from PREESH FINANCIAL LLC for customer service, appointment confirmations, and service updates. We do not send marketing texts.

All content on the PREESH website—text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design—is owned by PREESH FINANCIAL LLC and protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, distribute, or use our content without written permission from PREESH FINANCIAL LLC.

14 Third-Party Services & Links

Our site connects with third-party services such as Plaid (financial verification), Proof (insurance-related services), and Trustpilot (reviews). Each partner has its own terms and privacy policy.

We may link to other websites. PREESH is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or accuracy. A link does not mean PREESH endorses that site.

15 Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, PREESH FINANCIAL LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes lost profits, property value changes, data loss, or service interruptions tied to your use of our site or services.

PREESH does not guarantee investment returns, future property values, valuation accuracy, or uninterrupted platform access. You use PREESH services at your own risk.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These disclosures, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy are governed by Nevada law. Disputes related to PREESH services must be resolved in state or federal courts in Clark County, Nevada.
